This Privacy Policy describes how KYPLOSKAER S.A.S. B.I.C., Tax ID 1793204567001, with its registered office in Quito, Ecuador, processes the personal data collected through kyploskaer.com, in compliance with Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (LOPDP) and its regulations.
1. Data controller
The data controller is KYPLOSKAER S.A.S. B.I.C., with its registered office at Av. de los Shyris N37-313 y Naciones Unidas, Plaza Aventura Building, 8th Floor, Quito 170135, Ecuador. For any enquiry regarding personal data you may write to privacy@kyploskaer.com.
2. Data collected
We collect the name and email address that you voluntarily provide through the newsletter subscription form, as well as technical browsing data (IP address, device type, language) by means of cookies, as described in our Cookie Policy.
3. Purpose
Your data is used exclusively to send you educational content about real estate crowdlending in Ecuador, to respond to your enquiries and to comply with legal obligations. We do not perform automated profiling with legal effects.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent, given by ticking the acceptance box on the form, in accordance with article 7 of the LOPDP.
5. Retention
We keep your data while you maintain an active subscription. You can request unsubscription at any time via the link included in every email or by writing to privacy@kyploskaer.com.
6. Recipients
Data may be processed by our data processors: Brevo (newsletter delivery platform, based in the European Union) and Google LLC (analytics services). Both have standard contractual clauses and security measures equivalent to those required by the LOPDP.
7. Rights of the data subject
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, oppose, request the portability of and limit the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to privacy@kyploskaer.com attaching a copy of your identity document.
8. Supervisory authority
If you consider that your rights have been infringed, you may file a complaint with the Superintendence of Personal Data Protection of Ecuador, based in Quito.
